The Topless Project, an artful tour de force, empowers women in the fight against breast cancer by gathering artist to creatively interpret the everyday woman’s nude features for a nationwide tour of unique gallery events.

Artful International, an emerging non-profit, is commissioning work for the project from high-talent photographers and artist to creatively interpret the common woman’s breast and utilize their media to produce visually striking works.

Dubbed as “the artist’s fight against breast cancer,” the Topless Project was created to raise financial support for breast cancer research, treatment, and rehabilitation. The project presents a risqué, yet incredibly elegant, showcase for the artist to expand works based on the beauty of the real-life female form.  The project is created and implemented on the local community level. Each city will be represented by local artists with proceeds from art sales and donations distributed to local breast cancer organizations. The Topless Project will feature over 120 pieces of artwork from over 50 local professional and amateur artists.

Women are encouraged by the Topless Project to shed their bras, bare their souls and give their breast a voice. Whether their breast have hindered or empowered then, every women is encouraged to share how their personal relationship with breast has shaped their life.
